Achievement Support Assistant (TA) job summary
32.5 hours per week (term time plus 5 training days)
Initially 1 year Fixed Term
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Achievement Support Assistant to join our growing school team! Euler Academy is a special school for children aged 5-11 in a purpose-built site on Salthouse Road, Hull. Euler responds to the individual needs of pupils, assisting them to build strategies to minimise the barriers to their learning, and identifying special education needs and statutory assessment requirements.
The Right Candidate will need
Level 2 English and Maths or above.
- Experience working with children.
- Be committed to working with others to maximise the educational and social opportunities available for children and young people who often are the most vulnerable.
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- A can-do attitude.
- Be able to build strong relationships with children
- Motivate and develop the children in your care
- Be passionate about seeing young people succeed
