Acting School Business Manager job summary

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a thriving, vibrant, multi-cultural primary school at the heart of its community in Bow, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Our School Business Manager will be an integral part of the school leadership team, working closely with the Headteacher to create a successful future for Malmesbury Primary School.

We are looking for a candidate that is committed to ensuring that each pupil receives the best learning experience possible. Ideally they will have previous experience as a School Business Manager and proven leadership skills. They will be positive and innovative, possessing the ability to help lead school developments and the office team, embedding systems, procedures and practices.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS clearance. We are dedicated to equality and valuing diversity.
