Additional Resource Provision Manager & SENDCo job summary
We are looking to appoint an inspiring teacher and leader to strategically lead our Additional Resource Provision and SEND across the school.
Earlsmead Primary School has recently (February 2020) been judged by Ofsted as Good in all categories. ‘All pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), are included in all school activities.’ Ofsted 2020. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience at a middle leadership level and will have an uncompromising passion for teaching; they will be relentless in securing the academic achievement and emotional well-being of every child and believe they can make a positive contribution to ensuring the best start for all of our pupils.
