Admin and Exams Officer job summary
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and professional receptionist to join our busy school office team at Brompton Hall School based in Brompton-by-Sawdon near Scarborough. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, phone calls and enquiries. You will use a variety of systems and IT Packages to perform a wide range of administration tasks and maintaining accurate pupil records on the school database. The successful person will also support the Senior Leadership Team with organising and coordinating exams ensuring regulations and procedures are kept up to date and followed. You will be working in a busy open plan school office so the ability to remain calm, work under pressure and multitask will be essential.

This role is for 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 additional INSET days and 5 additional days in the school holidays. (The hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1.30pm on a Friday).
