What skills and experience we're looking for

An opportunity has arisen to join Abbots Green Academy as part of our proactive office team to reflect the growth and ambition of the school.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible administrative assistant to fulfil a key role in our school in providing excellent administrative services to our parents, visitors and staff. Experience of working on reception is desirable, along with being able to work flexibly. Good organisational skills are essential for this role.

Duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the school
• Assist in the maintenance of pupil records
• Provide administrative support within the office
