Admin Assistant job summary
All Saints Primary CE School, part of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust, have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join the team at All Saints CE Primary School as an Administration Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis. The post holder will be required to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time /38 weeks plus 30 hours (includes working INSET days) to be worked as agreed with the line manager. / Paid at grade 5 pt 7
This is a key position in the school, being the face of the school and first point of contact for parents, visitors and the school community. The post holder will undertake a full range of administrative duties with regard to student attendance and general school office support. As Administration Assistant you can expect to support the Office team in offering excellent customer service to the school; ensuring the administration of the school runs efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to build strong positive professional relationships with our families and stakeholders, answering telephone calls and deal with general enquiries, forwarding more complex enquiries where appropriate.

Have excellent communication skills
Have experience of providing excellent customer service
Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
Be friendly and approachable
Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and software independently

Be flexible with the ability to adapt in a busy working environment
Have a caring nature, be trustworthy and honest with a good sense of humour
