Admin Assistant job summary
Atlas Academy have an exciting opportunity for a Admin Assistant to join their team working 29.5 hours per week, on a term-time contract.
As Admin Assistant you will provide high quality business administration support to ensure the smooth running of the school in line with the priorities of the Principal and School Operations Manager. This includes responsibility for managing student information on the school MIS.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
- Has excellent IT skills, with the confidence to use Excel and learn new school systems and processes
- Passionately believes that all children can achieve
- Is highly organised, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts effectively and professionally
- Is proactive and flexible and approaches challenges pragmatically to ensure the best outcome for pupils, parents, carers and the wider school team
- Has meticulous attention to detail, and can utilise systems and data to find the best way to successfully support projects and tasks.
