Admin Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Admin Assistant to be based at Derwent Primary School
This is a full-time term time office position plus 5 inset days and one week during the summer holidays
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (35 hours a week)
Level 1D point 2 (£22,366 per annum, pro rata)
Person Specification
Experience of working in a school environment would be ideal however, office experience is essential.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and to work well under pressure (good organisational skills)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
To maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school related matters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive information.
