We are seeking an Administration Assistant to work across two functions within Framingham Earl High School -The Special Educational Needs and Learning Support Department as well as the Business Support Department.
Previous experience of working in administrative roles is essential, along with having great communication skills, being confident as well as being skilled in the use of Microsoft Office systems to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
The main duties include (although not exhaustive):
Providing administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher – (Special Educational Needs and Learning Support)
Managing the diary and making appointments with parents &/or carers for review meetings, external agencies; based on availability of the Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion.
Send out communication to groups of parents &/or carers.
Collating and maintain student files, both on paper and electronically.
Input information into the school’s SEND system; Provision Map.
Completing basic information on referral forms, such as student information, DOB and address.
Working closely with PA to the Headteacher
