Admin Assistant job summary

Full time position (52 weeks)

37 hours per week.

26 days holiday plus Bank holidays – Increasing to 29 days after 5 years service

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm    Friday 8am – 3.30pm

Grade 2 Point 5 - £21,575 per annum

Ormiston Chadwick Academy opened in Widnes in September 2014 serving the community of West Widnes.   Our Academy is large enough to offer an outstanding curriculum but small enough to have a strong community ethos in which all students are known and nurtured to achieve their potential.

You should have:

• ·         excellent organisational and interpersonal skills,
• ·         a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and
• ·         the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• A basic knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage although training will be given.
