Admin Assistant & Reprographics - Term time 35 hours for 40 weeks per year job summary
35 hours a week pro rata salary £15,451 £ 16,261 for 40 weeks per Year
Hours of work 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Fridays
The successful candidate will undertake:
· Reprographic duties including a variety of items such as manuals, brochures, leaflets, tickets, booklets and documents.
· Provide effective administrative and clerical support to the school.
· Responding to parent and visitor enquiries and answering the telephone
· Organisation of the online parents evening system
· Provision of first aid support for the school
