We are looking to appoint a friendly, helpful, organised and reliable Admin & Data Assistant to cover Maternity leave. The work
includes supporting the School Business Manager in maintaining relevant
databases, liaising with parents and outside agencies regarding pupil
attendance and producing reports as necessary for the Headteacher and Governing
The primary role is to keep the attendance data base up to date and to deal with admissions and absences, although some general office work will be included.
You will ideally have experience of team working within
an office and/or school environment and be able to use various IT packages,
including Word, Excel. Knowledge of FMS and SIMs would be desirable but
training will be given. With excellent written and oral communications skills,
you will also be able to engage confidently with parents, staff and visitors to

term-time plus 5 days for INSET
A working day would be:
Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 4.15pm
On occasion you may be requested to work additional hours for training
Holidays should be taken during school closures and are not permitted
during term time.
