Admin Officer

Pickwick Academy Trust is looking to recruit a permanent Admin Officer based at Alderbury and West Grimstead CE Primary School.

Required to start: as soon as possible

Hours: 38 hours and 20min per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm., Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year (term time only, excluding TD Days).

Salary: E6, £23,893 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £20,744 per annum)

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, well organised and enthusiastic Admin Officer to join our team.

Job Purpose:

To support the effective management of the general office so that all aspects of the school’s administration are conducted efficiently.

To be responsible for the administration of the School’s Single Central Record in conjunction with the School’s Senior Leadership Team

To operate the relevant school computer software, for example SIMS/Arbor, the school information system

To liaise with the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team keeping them informed of any matter at AWGS that could impact on the Trust.

To provide the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team with any information needed to ensure the business of the Trust runs smoothly.

The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguarding training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguarding concerns.
