Admin Officer
Pickwick Academy Trust is looking to recruit a permanent Admin Officer based at Longford CE Primary School.
Required to start: Monday 2nd September 2024
Hours: 37 hours per week, 8.30am – 12.00noon plus 1.00pm to 3.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 12.00noon plus 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Fridays, 38 weeks per year (term time only, excluding TD Days).
Salary: D4, 23,114 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £19,371 per annum)

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, well organised and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our team.
Job Purpose:
To support the effective management of the general office so that all aspects of the school’s administration are conducted efficiently.
To be responsible for the administration of the School’s Single Central Record in conjunction with the School’s Senior Leadership Team
To operate the relevant school computer software, for example Integris, the school information system.
To liaise with the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team keeping them informed of any matter at Milton on Stour Primary School that could impact on the Trust.
To provide the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team with any information needed to ensure the business of the Trust runs smoothly.

The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
