Admin Services Manager and PA to Principal at Trinity C of E School job summary

We are looking for a new Administration Services Manager/PA to Principal, to lead the reception and administrative services within our school and provide PA support to the Principal.
You will lead a busy and friendly team, ensuring that administrative and operational aspects of the school are running in the most efficient and effective way.
You would also be responsible for arranging daily cover for teacher absence.
Excellent communication and organisation skills will be crucial, and you will have the ability to deal with confidential matters in a sensitive and professional way.
You should understand the processes, procedures and systems used within a school environment and ideally you would have experience of line management.
This is a full-time position for 36 hours a week and the times of work would be 7:45am to 4pm each day. Ideally, you would work all year round, but we would be willing to consider this as a term time position (+ 2 additional weeks).
