What skills and experience we're looking for

The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who will be expected to work across various sites across the Trust. You will need to have a calm and flexible attitude to work as well as being highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads. Experience of using various Microsoft Office packages is desirable. A knowledge of Arbour and customer service skills would be highly beneficial. You will also be required to administer First Aid; training can be given for this.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
