We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly and committed Human Resources Team.
Are you looking for your first step into a career in Human Resources? Insignis Academy Trust are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Trust team. If you want to qualify in human resources this a great introductory role for you.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and on-boarding of new staff right through to managing leavers. You will also gain experience in the areas of payroll and finance.
The HR team work very closely in a fast paced environment and are committed to attracting, retaining and developing a professional self- disciplined and ambitious workforce dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for all our students. Working flexibly as part of the team, this role will provide efficient administrative support ensuring an effective day to day HR service.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Responsibility for the distribution of all incoming correspondence including
the human resources mailbox.
• Handle all matters with confidentiality.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the central teams (Finance,
Facilities and HR).
• Support payroll with inputting staff data into the HR information systems
(new starters, changes, leavers etc).
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the office, including the location of files
(including electronic documents) and reports by keeping the office organised.
• Have a knowledge of Microsoft products/Google with a willingness to learn.
