Personal Specification



  • Administrative Experience
  • Word Processing, Excel, email and general IT skills
  • Working in a busy office
  • Accounting of monies


  • Working in a reception area
  • Working in a school office




  • IT confident in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Maintaining information using desktop and cloud-based IT systems
  • GCSE/O Level equivalent in English and Mathematics


  • IT Qualifications




  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Good organisational, written and verbal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to act on own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain necessary levels of confidentiality
  • A pleasant, friendly manner.


  • Working knowledge of an MIS system e.g. Bromcom
  • Understanding of banking and accounting systems
  • Working with a range of cloud-based systems
