This is a Part time, Fixed term post to cover maternity leave for up to one year
St Thomas Aquinas is a successful catholic multi academy trust (CMAT), within the Diocese of Nottingham, consisting of 23 schools.
We are seeking to recruit a Administration Assistant to this highly successful over-subscribed 11-18 Catholic School, enriched by its Arts specialism.
Are You:
- An experienced and diligent Administrator with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work confidentially, with personnel information and adhere to standard GDPR policies and procedures.
- A team player, with a can-do attitude.
A friendly, welcoming manner as well as accuracy and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team.
Previous experience of working in an education environment is desirable.
An empathy with young people and a supportive manner are essential.
