Administration Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint a friendly, dedicated, and motivated administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will deal with enquiries from parents/carers, staff, students, education professionals and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
They will be a resilient and reliant team player with a can-do attitude, and a sense of humour, be flexible, organised, and able to use their own initiative and problem-solve when required.
They will provide general administration support alongside the other members of the administration team, provide a good work ethic, be able to prioritise their workload, and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels under the guidance of the School Business Manager.
The admin team, is friendly and cohesive, working together to meet the support functions of the school.
This role is for 2.5 days a week plus Inset days ( Wednesday Lunch - Friday )
The salary for this role is Grade 4.

This role includes regulated activity relevant to children.
