Administration Assistant job summary

Admin Assistant

22 hours per week – Monday and Wednesday 8am-4pm Friday 8am – 3.30pm

41 weeks per year

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who will provide effective administrative support to our academy.

The ideal candidate will;

  • have experience of working within a similar role
  • have excellent communications skills
  • have the ability to adapt and work flexibly within the school
  • be resilient, methodical and have excellent attention to detail
  • have an understanding of Microsoft Office work packages (essential)
  • have an understanding of database systems (essential) - an understanding of SIMs (the school information management system) would be an advantage.
  • have an understanding of following processes and procedures
