Hours: 20 Hours Per Week (8.30 am until 12.30 pm, Monday to Friday)

This role is a permanent part time position
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, discreet team player. Working in our main office you will come into daily contact with our parents, students and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. Your main duties will include checking attendance and making absence calls, data inputting of school dinners and chasing outstanding debts. You will also under general administration duties for the Headteacher and minute taking for some meetings. You will need to be flexible and willing to turn your hand to whatever is presented to you.
Should you be taken through to interview stage you will be requires to pass literacy and numeracy tests. Ideally you will have experience of working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or similar.
