Administration Assistant job summary

Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wish to appoint an Administration Support Assistant at St Christopher's Catholic Primary School a fixed-term basis until 31st August 2026 or the return of the substantive postholder, whichever is the soonest. This will be to provide administrative support in the school.

The hours of work will be 35 per week working 08.00am to 4.00pm per day Monday to Friday, term-time only (39 weeks per year) with a one hour break each working day.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of general clerical administrative work
  • Have good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Have effective written and communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels
  • Have the right personal values, attributes and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work in successful partnership with all stakeholders and support the Trust’s vision
