We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Office Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team. This is a key role at the heart of our school, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of clerical and financial tasks, including managing attendance records, handling communications, supporting school events, and maintaining accurate pupil data.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will be supported by the Office Manager and wider school staff, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
