What skills and experience we're looking for

Previous administrative experience and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages are essential.

The successful applicant will be highly organised and methodical, show meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential together with respect for the confidential nature of the work.
