Administration Assistant

Waltham Toll Bar Academy

Annual Salary: LGAT 7 £24,030

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant at Waltham Toll Bar Academy.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Provision of support to specific subject teams to ensure efficient administration of the Academy
  • Assist with organisation of departmental resources and materials
  • Data capture and entry
  • Reception, telephone and email correspondence with our key stakeholders

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, together with a high level of computer literacy.
