An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant at Waltham Toll Bar Academy.
Key responsibilities will include
- Provision of support to specific subject teams to ensure efficient administration of the Academy
- Assist with organisation of departmental resources and materials
- Data capture and entry
- Reception, telephone and email correspondence with our key stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, together with a high level of computer literacy.
