What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking appoint an Administration Assistant on a fixed term contract to assist with clerical support for our Central Team based in St Austell.
Tasks that will be undertaken are typing/word processing of correspondence, Photocopying, filing in accordance with the established systems as requested. Welcoming visitors to the office, ensuring signing in procedures are followed, receiving and prioritising incoming telephone calls, dealing with them appropriately including accurately recording messages as required.

Wave are an established and successful Multi Academy Trust, comprising of Alternative Provision Academies (APAs), Medical Academies (including Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s child and adolescent mental health unit ‘Sowenna’) and a Special Academy.
We provide education for vulnerable pupils aged 4 – 19 across Devon and Cornwall.
