West Somerset College are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the team, on a permanent basis, working 35 hours per week, 44 weeks per year.

This role involves ensuring all callers and visitors to the Academy are provided with an efficient and effective service, being the primary contact between the Academy and the community. This role will involve supporting with administrative duties and covering a busy reception.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills, dealing with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
