Administration & Attendance Assistant job summary

Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for a Administration & Attendance Assistant to join the office team at Hollington Primary School. This role is part time, term time only working 26.25 hours per week. The successful candidates working hours will be 08.30 - 1.45pm each day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improve levels of attendance for all students.
  • Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture at The Pioneer Academy.
  • Assist the Academy to reach its attendance targets.
  • To provide a reception service for all callers to the school.
  • To provide general administrative support.
  • Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and complying with data protection laws.
