What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a personable and dependable Administration Coordinator with strong organisational skills to manage the EHCP process and deliver effective administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the EHCP process, take accurate minutes and organise meetings
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including financial administration and support
- Provide reception support and handle general clerical tasks, such as photocopying and call management
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster positive working relationships and contribute to the smooth functioning of the school community
Key Requirements:
- Energetic, efficient, and flexible, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative while also working collaboratively with the whole school team
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of MIS packages is desirable
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (A*–C pre-2014 or grade 9–4 post-2014) or equivalent competence at an appropriate level
