Administration Officer job summary

Cranborne First School are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our amazing team! We pride ourselves on being a happy, warm and welcoming school with children at the heart of everything we do. As the face of the school, we are looking for a person who is personable and confident.

This role has a lot to offer with no two days being the same, you will be the first point of contact for parents and be responsible for the management of the School Information Management system. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. Cranborne First School is part of a Multi Academy Trust and although this role is independent within the school, this person will be supported by a group of school administrators from across the Trust.

This role is for 25 hours per week across 4 days with an hours lunch break.

The role is term time only - 38weeks per year
