Are you a diligent and organised individual looking to work in a hugely rewarding role? If so, this is an opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, strong administration skills and a proactive way of working to take on an important, varied, and interesting role at our academy, where no two days are the same, to help our students to achieve their very best.
As Administrator for attendance and student reception, you will work with the Attendance Manager, being the first point of contact for students and parents in relation to all aspects of student attendance. You will undertake first day contact with parents/carers and follow up lack of response along with providing admin and reception support to ensure the smooth running of attendance office and student reception.
The role will be working 37 hours per week (7.30am to 3.30pm Mon-Thurs, 7.30am-3pm Fri), term time plus 2 weeks (40 working weeks per year).
