Administration Officer job summary
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team at Parkland Federation.
As an Administration Officer you will be supporting the office manager with the running of the school office on a day to day basis. Providing a welcoming environment, giving the school a positive image in the local community.
You will be a first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors at reception, dealing with any problems that arise in the first instance and providing administrative and organisational services to the school.
The successful candidate would need:
- To be a brilliant ‘people person’ for our warm, welcoming and happy school environment.
- 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).
- To be well presented, able to stay calm under pressure, be able to multi-task and use your own initiative.
The Parkland Federation is a close partnership between Parkland Infant School and Parkland Junior School.
