Administration Officer - South Central Teaching School Hub and Sigma Training School job summary

You will be joining our administrative team for South Central Teaching School Hub and Sigma Training School. At South Central and Sigma we provide high quality evidence-based professional development to school staff. South Central has been designated by the Department for Education as the Teaching School Hub for schools across Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Sigma provides online professional development for schools across the country. Together we work with schools to make a difference to the lives of children and young people.

Alongside two other members of our administrative team your main responsibilities will be to:

*Provide efficient and effective administrative support for our *Teaching School Hub and Training School.
*Take a lead on course facilitation (both online and face to face).
*Maintain accurate records for the engagement of delegates on our courses, networks and other events.
*Assist with communications and marketing to schools.
*Provide a helpful, welcoming and responsive first point of contact for school inquiries.

Your work will be a blended approach with some office-based work in addition to working from home. Our office base is at Basepoint, Aviation Business Park, Bournemouth.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, organised, efficient and able to work in partnership with school staff and within our team. They will also be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people. If this is you, then we would welcome your application.
