Administration Officer job summary
Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role in a friendly and supportive school environment? We are seeking a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Admin Officer to join our team for one day a week, with potential opportunities for additional hours in the future.
As the first point of contact for our school, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for parents, students, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Answering phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
- Supporting staff and students with school needs.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organised and efficient.
- Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Is approachable, friendly, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Experience in a school setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
08.30 -15.30, 1 day per week (could increase in future), 39 weeks per year, term time only.
