What skills and experience we're looking for

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced staff, gaining valuable skills in administration, reprographics, and office management. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop a career in business administration while making a meaningful contribution to our school community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting front office tasks such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining school records.
  • Helping with reprographics services, including printing, copying, and binding materials for staff and students.
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels for office supplies and reprographics materials.
  • Learning to troubleshoot and maintain printing and copying equipment.
  • Gaining skills in organisation, communication, and IT while receiving mentorship and training.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
