Administration & Welfare Assistant
We are looking to appoint
an experienced Admin & Welfare Assistant to work in our busy school
office. You will run our main
school reception desk, providing general clerical and administrative support to
the school. As the appointed person in
charge of first aid, you will proactively oversee the school’s medical, first
aid and health arrangements, ensuring appropriate care for pupils and staff and
act as the main point of contact with external agencies.
The Administration and Welfare Assistant is an integral
member of the front office team.
You will run our main school reception desk, providing a
friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all parents / carers, pupils,
staff and visitors into school. You will provide general clerical and
administrative support to the school. As
the appointed person in charge of first aid, you will proactively oversee the
school’s medical, first aid and health arrangements, ensuring appropriate care
for pupils and staff and act as the main point of contact with external
agencies.
