What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and highly articulate Administrative and Marketing Manager to take a central role in the school’s communication with stakeholders; leading on the introduction and development of our newly commissioned school website, sharing good news via social media and ensuring that all school communications and publicity meet our standards for branding and accuracy. This post will involve working with staff across the school, liaison with our reprographics coordinator and proof reading a range of documents.

The successful candidate will need to lead projects under their own initiative and have the ability to relate well to adults and students. Previous experience of working in a similar role or within a school environment will be highly desirable. Strong literacy and IT skills are essential alongside a wider interest in effective communication. You will need to demonstrate your initiative and skills in design at interview although training on specific software can be provided. The post holder will be required to liaise with a range of staff, students, alumni, parents and external organisations, have an eye for detail and work effectively to deadlines.
