Administrative and Operations Officer job summary
Do you want to work in as part of a team to provide excellent operational, organisational, and administrative support to an outstanding school?
We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, reliable, and flexible Administrative and Operations Officer with excellent skills and a high level of personal drive. You will work within the Administrative and Operational Support team to provide outstanding administrative support and customer service to all our stakeholders. Previous experience in a school is not essential, as it is more important for us to have someone with a positive and can-do attitude and the enthusiasm to become an integral part of our team.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Have experience working in an office environment and a real willingness to understand the issues facing schools and the administrative provision they require
- Have excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and have experience developing systems and processes
- Have experience of working in a multicultural environment.
