What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Central Services Team and become instrumental in supporting the Trust in its continuous growth.
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective support to the Marketing and Executive Assistant Team, Maiden Erlegh Institute and to relevant stakeholders (Central Services and Maiden Erlegh Trust Schools).
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer facing/admin role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, time management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail

Our schools are supported by the Central Services Team at Maiden Erlegh Trust who provide a range of business services and support our partner schools in carrying out their statutory responsibilities and core business functions.
