About the Role

  • provide general administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, and completion of routine forms/templates
  • first point of contact for sick pupils, liaise with parents/carers/staff
  • update and maintain school social media sites
  • inputting information on various systems, including finance processes
  • check incoming stock deliveries and arrange for distribution and storage
  • open, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • receive and record monies from parents/carers when unable to access WisePay
