Administrative Assistant job summary
Heron Park Primary Academy is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team of dedicated staff in our happy, forward looking primary school, graded as 'Good' by Ofsted (May 2022). Spurred on by this judgement, we have a continued rigour to provide the best we can for our children.

Working hours:
Permanent - 20 hours per week, term-time only.
The salary shown reflects an interim 2024/2025 pay award, pending completion of the negotiations between the National Employers and the Trade Unions. The difference between this and what is agreed as the final pay award will be paid as a lump sum back pay, when announced by the government and the Trade Unions.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Can quickly build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Are able to use initiative, be decisive and can communicate professionally with confidence
- Is computer literate, with strong capability in email, MS Office and management information systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
