About the role
We’re seeking a fantastic Administrative Assistant to become part of our administration team at Larks Hill Junior & Infant School. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning of our students by providing an efficient and professional service to all stakeholders, undertaking reception duties as required.
The successful candidate will have experience of front of house/reception duties, and providing outstanding customer service, as well as the skills to work as an effective team member whilst applying instruction from others.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Ensuring routine enquiries at reception or by telephone are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting in the communication, organisation and administration of any school activities and events, educational visits and school clubs.
- Ensuring all visitors are appropriately greeted and registered on the school visitor management system.
The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus five days, permanent contract, equating to 192 working days per annum.
