The Governing Body of Heybrook Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint a Permanent Administrative Assistant Level 2 to work at our Nursery setting
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Admininstrative Assistant with excellent customer care standards who can manager varied and demanding tasks and meet strict deadlines. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a commitment to working as part of a team as well as good organisation skills. Although you will be part of the larger Administrative team which is based at the School, you will work indepentantly at the Nursery site. You will provide front of house reception services and carry out day to day tasks from staff and the Leadership Team.
As a successful candidate you will:
- have experience of MIS systems
- Be able to use your own initiative and work independently
- possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- be competent in a range of IT packages
- have a calm, courteous, professional manner and possess good communicationskills
- have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide ranging workloadand be adaptable to the changing demands of the role
- have the ability to maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions
- be an integral part of the administrative team
- be exceptionally well organised and able to meet strict deadlines
- work effectively in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
- work effectively with external services to support parents/carers
