Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist/administrator to be the front face of our school Reception office on Monday to Friday, term time only plus INSET days.

No day is ever the same, so you will need to be organised, flexible and able to juggle many tasks in our busy school office! The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school so a cheerful and approachable disposition is essential. Familiarity with Arbor is an advantage but not essential.
