Administrative Assistant (SEND) job summary
John Port Spencer Academy is looking for a friendly and approachable Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to the SEND Team with a wide range of administrative tasks. The successful applicant will work closely with the SENDCO and other colleagues to manage the administrative tasks for the faculty, accurately maintain manual and computerised records, liaise with parents, staff, outside agencies and students, manage the administration for exam access arrangements and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the SEND faculty. The role will suit somebody who is organised and able to work under their own initiative.
