What skills and experience we're looking for
Experienced Administrative Assistant required from September 2024 to join our hardworking and dedicated team as we grow to have our first Year 5 cohort.
A great opportunity to join a small school with big ideas! It is an exciting time to join us, as we continue our journey to becoming a primary school. From September 2024, we will have six classes including Years 3, 4 and 5 in Key Stage 2.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Holds GCSE English and maths (or equivalent)
- Is a qualified first aider
- Can confidently use a range of IT packages and software
- Is organised and able to work flexibly, adapting to the needs of a busy school office
- Has good communication skills and is able to deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries confidently, efficiently and in a professional manner
- Is able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Has excellent attention to detail and completes tasks to a high standard
- Is a pro-active team member
- Is able to build relationship with parents, staff and children
- Will respect and maintain confidentiality
- Is committed to promoting the ethos and values of the school
