Administrative Assistant to the Head’s PA and Clerk to Governors / First Aider job summary
We require as soon as possible, a well organised person to be the Administrative Assistant to the Head’s PA / Administrative Assistant to the Clerk to Governors / First Aider.
The post holder will undertake general administration for the Head’s area, as well as supporting the Head’s PA in their role and assisting the Clerk to Governors.
Good typing and communication skills are important. Confidentiality and using own initiative are essential. Knowledge of SIMS is preferable but training can be given.
The post is for 32 hours and 55 minutes per week: 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday, term time only.
Salary Scale Grade D point 3 – 6 £18,887 – £20,043 pro rata. Actual salary per annum is £13,985.65 – £14,841.66.
