Administrative Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide general clerical and administrative support to Student Services. The role will primarily be to provide attendance support – including updating attendance marks, texts/calls/emails, chasing missing registers, students signing in/out. The role is primarily to provide administrative support to Student Services as well as support to other departments across the school as required
This role will include being a part of the first aid team, looking after sick pupils and liaising with staff and parents.

Pay scale: Grade 5. Actual salary (38 weeks plus 5 inset days @ 37hrs per week): £20,173 to £20,855
Hours: 37 hours a week over a five day week (8am to 4pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday and 8am – 3.30pm Friday) – 30 minutes unpaid lunch each day
