We are looking for a Administrative Support & Reprographics Technician to administrative support as a part of the wider team in directed areas across the academy to facilitate the smooth running of the academy.
The role is based on working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8-4, for 41 working weeks (school term time plus 3 weeks).

About you
There many tasks to undertake within the reprographics role including, production of documents and resources, eg photocopying, collation, binding, laminating etc. On a daily basis you will be providing a range of administration support as part of the team. This will include a wide range of both paper and IT based roles.
The ideal candidate will;
- be an excellent communicator with a high level of accuracy, good attention to detail and excellent written skills
- have a high level of IT skills, in particular in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- have excellent organisation skills with experience of delivering to tight deadlines under pressure in a busy environment
- have a willingness to work collaboratively with staff and support them effectively and with sensitivity
